I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 I gave up buying the 20×20cm ones as I had a couple that didn't turn out. They are ok as long as they don't have too much detail in them.

Hopefully it's ready soon so you can eat.

Going to be after feeding the dogs sounds like a perfect idea, you've had a pretty big day today.

Dinner was good. I’ve sorted it into containers ready to pack. I think I’m all good and it’s nice to be on the lounge just watching tv. I haven’t really done this for a little while.

Glad dinner was good and that you've sorted it out into containers. It's nice to just relax on the lounge, it's not something I've done for a while either.

Im really tired and cold. I’m thinking I might have a long hot shower.

I’ve got nothing left to do everything is ready for tomorrow. Just not me! I was feeling a little better about going but now that it’s closer I’m a bit anxious and don’t want to go. It’s only 5 shifts left.

How long until you go to bed?

I did post a pic of my diamond art but it hasn’t been approved.

I’m suppose to be asleep but it’s just not happening. I need to get up mega early in the morning and I need sleep. I’ve had my white noise go through twice and have just started it again. I’ve dropped the air con temp in my room but it’s not helping either. I got up and took pain relief in the hopes that it would relax my body but nope! What is wrong with my sleeping. I’m a really good sleeper. I have a big 3 days of working starting tomorrow and I’ll never get through them if I don’t sleep.

I am angry! I am so so so f’ing angry. I’m full of rage. I just want to scream and shout and throw things and punch things and bang my head against a wall. I’m safe and would never do those things. But the rage is roaring through me inside.
