I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I'm back home, he's concerned about it and I'll have to go to hospital if it doesn't settle. I've had a blood test to check my levels as some of them drop critically low when this happens so have to wait for those results. I've just taken pain relief as my head is pounding, hoping it settles soon now that I'm able to sit down and try to relax (I'm safe).

I am good! Big birthday weekend - lots of dancing (of course hehe). Ooh, and I got a tattoo! I now have a grand total of two. 😂 @Captain24 @MissGremlin

@AuntGlow sounds like a lovely birthday weekend. Yay for getting another tattoo, you're catching up to me, I have 4 😂.

Things have been really tough for me recently, tougher than they had been (I'm safe). I'm not able to share much here though as it's not a safe space for me anymore 😞.
