I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

thats not good about your son. Sounds like a difficult time. Hopefully all stays as it is for you. My fingers are crossed.

My day hasn’t been to bad, cleaned the house, made meals for work and had a little birthday party for Pix. It’s her birthday on Thursday but I’ll be at work. There is a few photos above of the party.

Hello @AuntGlow, I really need to but I'm struggling to think. It's like all my coping skills have gone out the window, my brain has turned to mush (I'm safe).

I'm fighting back tears but I'm not really winning that fight.

It’s her birthday on Thursday but I’ll be at work. @AuntGlow. I’m really lucky that she has made it. She has been really really close to dying twice in the last year. I’m lucky she is here.

I'm sitting on my chair, shaking and fighting back tears (I'm safe). I'm struggling to think of my coping skills, my brain is mush. It's almost time to start my bedtime routine.

@AuntGlow hi AuntGlow it has been a topsy turvy week. my ex is leaving the state which just leaves me and my middle son's siblings to look out for him. i am in shock tbh but it is what it is. on a bright note i have wonderful kids who will do their best by their brother. how have i been coping? lots of hugs from my kids and pats with my eldest's poodle pup!! :)

Maybe just start it. The routine may help with the mush as you do it all the time @MissGremlin. It will just come naturally.
