I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

No diamonding for me. I’ve been at work. My highlight you could say was logging off at 7:10 but I did have to call mum so I could make the drive home. I was so tired.

Hello @Jynx, I finished the one I was working on (shared in the hobbies thread) and I've started a new one.

I unfortunately don't have any highlights to share as it's been a pretty tough time for me. But I've enjoyed staying connected here as much as I can.

Awww that's sweet @Captain24, the 90's had lots of good music i reckon. The 5ive concert that i went to had a dj that played all 90's music before 5ive came on, it was so cool.

Hearing you on the overwhelmed part, sitting with you sweet. Hoping you can get a good night's sleep and that tomorrow things feel better, I'll be here no matter what ❤️.

Ive just fed the dogs. So I’m thinking I’ll have a shower and go and lay in bed. I’m pretty tired still. At least it’s a chance to catch up on some sleep if I sleep all night too. I had weird dreams before I went to work on Saturday. They were quite unnerving. Left me a little shaken and I don’t usually dream. I didn’t yesterday or today. Just Saturday.

@Captain24 he was pretty good. The late 80's also has alot of good music.

A shower and then hopping into bed sounds perfect. Really hoping that you get a good night's sleep sweet. I'm sorry you had dreams that were unnerving, it's horrible when they leave you shaken. Sending you lots of love and hugs sweetheart ❤️.

@Jynx despite it pouring with rain where i am it actually hasn't been overly cold. Casper always keeps me nice and toasty warm when he snuggles up to me.
