I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning and it's a double appointment.

The ice cream is chocolate with Nutella and picnic mix ins and I have to guess the third when I try it. @MissGremlin

I have a psych appointment tomorrow at 12 and that’s it.

I hope the appointment goes well a double means you have more time to push for what you want!

Yes it means more time to talk about things. Really hoping he takes me seriously tomorrow and actually puts things in place to help.

Mum gave me a clue but it’s the same clue as Nutella but I think it’s ferrero rocher! They are both made in the same town. @MissGremlin

I hope he does. I think the first thing that needs fixing is sleep. You need some to be able to work from there. You need rest for your mind to be able to even look like functioning.

Yes the sleep is a huge issue. But there's something that is even more urgent than that at the moment.

It was chocolate ice cream and the ferrero rocher were mix ins! It was so good. I love it when that ice cream truck comes to town. I never miss it. It was the first time I was at work when they came and mum was going to surprise me but I saw it on Facebook. @MissGremlin

I get it. I still think sleep will reduce that too. Some kind of help needs to be done though.

Yes something definitely needs to be done. I'm sick of having headaches/migraines everyday and over things being like this that's why I'm doing things (I'm safe).

Hoping your meds kick in soon sweet. I'm doing my bedtime routine so I can sit in bed and do my diamond art.

I just watched home and away and there is a new actor on there. I’m really fan girling right now. She has been in a few shows and I love her! I even met her in person and she was lovely! @MissGremlin
