I can’t cope

They just come and took my car and dogs. @MissGremlin. Just about to have lunch and then get to bed! I should be in bed but 10:45!

Im complicated as well. But he wants to rule out anything health and sleep wise. Then it comes down to hormones or meds. But at least he is trying to narrow it down. I’m hoping yours does something.

Mine is what came with the car. If I need new ones the good one can stay in the boot and they can have the space saver!

Monday is a long way away. Maybe if you make the first one the others will be easier? You’ll be on a roll and can tell yourself that you’ve done one you can manage the rest.

@Captain24 oh that's good. I'm glad you'll be able to be in bed a bit earlier, hoping you can get a good sleep.

My doctors done blood tests to check my levels which were all fine. It's the sleep issue that I really need investigated so that hopefully something can be done.

I'm laying on my lounge, I have nothing in me today (I'm safe for now).

I’ve just climbed into bed. Normally I’d just be leaving to drop the dogs in, have a chat, drive home and have a shower! It’s all done and I get extra sleep! 🙌 @MissGremlin

I totally get the having nothing in you. I’m feeling very similar but even though I need a break I can’t have one yet. 😢

I hope things start to settle for you and that you can make those phones calls. I know you have it in you to do them, I just hope you can find it too.

The seat was broken in my truck and my back hurts. I’ve just taken sone pain relief so that’ll fix it!

Anyway. A distraction post. We do trivia on nightshift and we have a section where you sing the first few lines of a song and people have to guess the name of the song and the artist. The guy that does it has weird songs and most of us have never even heard of the artists. I’m too tired right now and can’t think straight. I’m thinking YMCA for one.

My distraction for you is can you think of any dance anthems or something that most people know? I’ll do YMCA tonight but I want some up my sleeve. I can google on my days off but I thought you might have some and give you something to think about other than everything else. No hurry or anything, it’ll be a help but I’m thinking of you.

I'm trying to think of music but my mind has gone blank. The few I did think of I'm scared to say for fear of being judged. My mind goes to straight away thinking that I'll say the wrong thing 😞. I'm sorry sweet.

Have I ever said or done anything to make you scared to ask or say anything or that I’d judge you? If I have please let me know. I’m really sorry if I have. I just thought you are closer to their age as I’m way older. I didn’t mean to upset you or put pressure. I was only hoping it would help to distract for a few days when the other thoughts came around.
