I can’t cope

I have thought about it but I struggle with having the energy too and I don't like leaving Casper for too long either.

She's just having a snuggle night. Maybe she's feeling the cooler weather and is trying to steal your body heat 😂.

She doesn’t feel the cold, I’m thinking she realises I’m going back to work tomorrow and is try to love me so I don’t go! Or she just wants dinner earlier which is probably more the point! 😂

Haha they always think with their tummies 😂. She's probably enjoyed having you home though too so I'm going with a combination of both.

Shower was good, the dogs are fed, Pix is needled and I’ve just climbed into bed.

ooh, good question... I am saying that you're allowed to be where you're at, and over time, this will become easier as you increase your tolerance for sitting with new patterns. Does that make sense?

Out of curiosity, how did it feel to allow yourself to rest and sit with your feelings, like you mentioned? 🫶

@Captain24 oh sweet, I'm so sorry to hear this. Could you get a doctors note to request time off of work for medical reasons? I know you're exhausted and just need things to stop. I'm here with you sweetheart ❤️.

I know this must be really disheartening for you... I wonder what else we can do to create a pause in your routine? How else can you slow down?

And can you talk with your GP or psychologist for a leave certificate? 💛

Sorry guys. @MissGremlin @AuntGlow. I couldn’t talk last night. I nearly cried, I actually thought I was going to. I just fed the dogs and went to bed.

It can’t be changed, if I get some form of certificate it will have to go under personal leave. My boss saw my face and said he was really sorry but his hands were tied. He is only allowed to approve 7 people for planned leave. That includes planned annual, long service and planned sick leave. I have reapplied for leave in 7 weeks time. Hopefully that goes through and I can make it that long.
