chewing carefully sounds like an option. Hopefully you can get some food into you as you need to eat as well.

Yes i do, only managed a few mouthfuls yesterday before my jaw was too much to eat anymore.

I'm slowly doing bedtime routine. Just setting up the rat traps in the laundry as I found that he's been hanging around there.

I had Thai takeaway. So I had satay chicken skewers and rice and I have satay chicken and rice for lunches at work. I didn’t have it in me to cook. @MissGremlin. I’m body is so exhausted I can barely move.

I got it up pretty quick. I just couldn’t believe that I have to use multi grips to open the jar because of how sealed shut it is but I quick fall on the floor and it goes everywhere!

She is just so supportive and recognises the efforts and shows me what I am doing well for myself.

I can’t take much more, I’m so so so tired and have to get up at 4:30 in the morning! I can’t go to bed until I’ve fed the dogs.

She loves running around in the leaves and anything water! So she was excited that I said she could go into the puddle. She walked through it and turned around and ran back through and then ran through again to keep going to right way. When it’s been raining you do actually have to watch her as if she thinks you’re not looking she will go through the puddles.

It actually doesn’t surprise me that you are into marvel! You certainly are one of a kind! (In a good way)

Have you thought about a walk? I use to do that with my case manager and it was easier to talk.
