Something’s not right

I can’t cope

I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Re: I can’t cope

I hope she does too. It’s hard because she is looking really well and healthy for the first time in a long time but there is still so much going on underneath. Maybe when it’s all sorted she will get even better. Not sure I want that!! 😜. I found the toilet brush in the middle of the ensuite floor. Normally you just blame Jett but he was with me! There is no trusting who is doing the wrong thing. Even mowing the backyard yesterday I found holes where someone has been digging. Jett is not a digger and Pix is! @MissGremlin

I couldn’t cope without air con and neither could Jett! I do have it on in summer when it gets hot because Pix suffers in the heat. She has never like it since a puppy.

I feel like you get all tangled up in them. You move and they don’t move. I always have something beside my bed if I need to get up in a hurry.

That is bad. Around here is the same though. You are lucky to get anything for that price. Maybe a cabin in a caravan park, but they are expensive too.

Im just about to hang the washing out and then I need to decide if I do the ironing that’s been sitting there or head into town and go to woollies. The sheets are in the dryer and the quilt cover is in the machine soaking. They will finish together so that works.

Are you up yet?

@Captain24 it's so hard when they are looking send acting ok on the outside but there's things going on inside. Haha they are both a pair of trouble makers 😂. Casper actually destroyed a pair of shoes the other day, they were old and only ones i use to take him out to the toilet but he's never really destroyed anything before so I was a bit surprised.

I use my aircon during summer but being a double brick house it stays cooler longer but once it heats up it can take time to cool down.

Yes! I can't stand when they get twisted when you try to move and then I feel restricted and panic. My dressing gown is always hanging up on my bed, 2 of them actually 😂.

The rental prices are just ridiculous at the moment and something really needs to be done about it.

Hmmm tough choice, it could be good to go out early as it will be less busy, that's hopefully my plan today anyway.

I'm not up yet but I'm thinking about making a cuppa soon and I'll feed Casper aswell.

I’ve been lucky, Pix wasn’t a chewer but she would rip up any paper she found so I use to just throw some on the floor and let her do it. I figured it was better. Jett was just always getting into mischief but not chew anything. @MissGremlin

When I first moved into my house we had had lots of rain and they could turf my yard so it was just mud. One day I was about to check in Pix when mum knocked on the door. Pix came running and I was like ‘PIXIE’ mum said what had pix done and then she looked at her and said the same thing. We took a couple of photos and I did a diamond art of it.

Im going to go to the supermarket now and then do the ironing. That way I can stop the ironing to do their breakfast. yes.. early is always better!

Im mildly claustrophobic and that’s where I struggle with them. They contain me.

The housing crisis is really bad. The government won’t do anything about it as it doesn’t affect them and they probably don’t associate with any one who is struggling.

A cuppa sounds good. I actually wish I drank it. It would be so warming and comforting to get up and just sit with a cuppa. I envy that.

@Captain24 haha Casper loves destroying boxes or cardboard paper towel rolls 😂.

Omg that picture says a thousand words, i love it 😂. I mean how can you be mad at that sweet little face, she's just too adorable.

Sounds like a perfect plan to me, hope the shopping trip goes smoothly.

Completely hear you on being mildly claustrophobic and that's why I can't wear them and also struggle with anything tight around my neck area.

Yes the housing crisis is so bad but you're right that the government don't care as it doesn't impact them.

You could have a hot chocolate in the mornings or a cup of tea if you drink it. It's just nice to have something warm and comforting.

I’ve been and done my shopping and I even got to the dog treat man at the markets. Dogs are fed and now to try and catch pix for her bath. @MissGremlin. Then do my ironing and then my day is done until everything dries!

It’s a cute picture… she just looked so innocent as if to say … what?

Same with the neck thing. I was in a truck one day and the door wouldn’t open. I couldn’t climb across to the other side as there is too much equipment in the way. Then the window wouldn’t come down. I was trapped and started to panic. I couldn’t call for help because the ladder switch is in the outside and I couldn’t get out to put it down. I finally reefed at it and it opened. Then I discover the window wouldn’t open with the door open. So I left it open a little bit. Shut the door and the window worked. That was nearly a panic attack!

I could have a hot chocolate. I didn’t think of that.

How’s your morning panning out? I’ll be free from just after 10. So I can do anytime that suits you but only if you have time. Or if you are doing Lego that’s ok too. Just some form of connection for you. Im thinking of you not me. But I do love doing with you on the times we can.

The dogs are bathed but I don’t feel very well so I’m going to have a nap for an hour or so. @MissGremlin

Im sorry.

Re: I can’t cope

My eldest niece has already asked, "Is there a niece contract for the house?" She means, an agreement to say that she can stay over. I said no, "No nieces allowed" She said, "too bad. She'll walk over" @Captain24

Yes, I got the place. Settlement is in July. I'm not moving into it now though. It's for the future.

Pix has a breakfast alarm? Diabetes can be such a headache. I know a few people with diabetes, and it's so hard. Including a kid who absolutely hates it.

Re: I can’t cope

She won’t give you up easy will she… 😂 @tyme

Congrats on getting it. Are you going to do any work on it now or just rent it. To someone who pays rent. 😜

I have an alarm set for 8:25 am and pm! She has to eat at the same time everyday and have her insulin at the same time!

I’ve been exhausted for so long. I think it’s due to Pix. We got back from holidays in February on a Thursday and Pix spent 5 days in hospital and nearly died from the Friday! Everything has all been about Pix since. I’m taking a block off work on annual leave if it gets approved to just do nothing. Not have to be anywhere, go anywhere or do anything! I need a break from life.

I could imagine having it especially as a child as it’s worse and they want to do what the other kids do.

How are you going?

Re: I can’t cope

I don’t expect any response.

Im sitting here doing diamond art and it’s a really hard one. I’m struggling really badly trying to get into. But I struggling badly with anything at the moment. All I want to do is have a shower and go to bed but I have to wait until feeding time. I have spent most of the day in bed. I just feel like I want to curl up in a little ball and cry. It just all seems too much right now. Yes I’m safe.

I will sit here and force myself to keep doing the diamond art as it’s meant to be a good distraction. It’s suppose to be showing myself some self care.

I feel really lonely right now but don’t want anyone. Which I know is t recovery focused. I’ve been do all the recovery focused things I can but right now they are just making me more tired.

Re: I can’t cope

Supposedly she's written a persuasive text at school about why I shouldn't move away. She doesn't know I won't be moving any time soon.

I'm not sure if I'll upgrade the kitchen now or not before putting it up for rent. Still deciding.

Managing Pix sounds so so hard. @Captain24 But she's your baby so it's worth it.
