I can’t cope

@Captain24 it's ok if you need a nap tomorrow sweet, I'd rather one of us be able to get some sleep than neither of us.

I did pick one to do, I sorted out the gems before my support worker came today.

It doesn’t matter all I do is feel so physically exhausted anyway. @MissGremlin. I thought maybe it was my night meds that make me so tired by this time of night. Obviously not, I’m so extremely tired and I’ve only just taken them!

I did one colour in the section I’m doing and that’s it. I’m just sitting on the lounge watching tv trying to stay awake.

Are you doing it now?

You've had a busy few days with both work and your birthday so I'm not surprised that you're so tired.

I've got it in front of me and I've put 5 gems on in the last hour that I've been sitting here. I'm not in a good space at the moment and I can't focus on anything. I'm safe for now, just snuggling with Casper and I have a TV show playing but it's just noise on.

It is. I don’t know what to do. I am suppose to have blood tests done but I keep forgetting to fast. @MissGremlin. Plus he wants me to go to the chemist for an at home sleep study.

It has been big. But it’s been feeling like this for a while.

Can you just rollover and try to snuggle and get some sleep?

Glad you had a good bday. Is that green appliance a soda stream? If so, it looks really cool. I have an OLD one, but it still does the job. What is the green lever on the right hand side.

@Captain24 definitely try to remember to fast and get the blood tests done sweet. There may been an easy fix to the exhaustion. I need a sleep study done but my doctor seems to ignore my requests for one everytime I raise it with him.

I'm not feeling tired at the moment, hoping I can try to get some sleep soon though.

@tyme Casper is just very inquisitive of her and sniffs her.

It was a really good day and I’ve arranged to meet up with my bestie for a little while on Saturday, if she is home! I’m giving her son my old soda stream.

Im just so so so tired all the time. I’ve been working really hard on myself though. Trying to take care.

You can get them from the chemist. Here blooms have them and they are free. @MissGremlin

I just don’t think and I always wake up thirsty so I have a drink.

@Captain24 I'm not sure if my chemist does them but I'll see if I can find out.

You're allowed to have some water before a blood test cos it helps so they can find the veins easier rather than being dehydrated.

I hope that I can. Really needing a break from the thoughts/urges (I'm safe for now).
