I can’t cope

Hi @MissGremlin. I got nearly 4 hours of sleep. I did lay there for a bit though after I work up. Which I don’t normally do

Now I’m awake I don’t know what to do. Do I do diamond art that I want to do? Or do I start in my job list for today so there is less to do tomorrow? I feel like I have the ability to do the list but is that going to make me tired again? I don’t k ow what to do?

I think you should do some diamond art, allow your body to have some down time. The list i reckon can wait until tomorrow but it's completely up to you.

Things aren't great today, I had my support worker earlier today and that took alot out of me. All we did was stand on me doorstep and talked. I'm about to head out soon for my usual trip out that I have to make everyday.

I’ve changed the sheets and doona cover. Sprayed the stained in my work jumpers, packed the dishwasher. I’m about to clean the kitchen and then go and have a shower and clean the shower and wash my hair. I can’t get into a clean bed with dirty hair! 😂 I’ve sorted out my washing into smaller loads. Hoping that they will fit on my clothes airer to dry. @MissGremlin

I’ll see how I feel after that and then maybe I’ll do some diamond art, or I’ll keep going if I feel like it. I figured while I had the get up and go that I should knock something’s off. But the also it won’t take me long in the morning to finish the rest and then I’ll be free until Sunday!

It was ok. @MissGremlin I over did it but when I got tired I stopped. I still have a big list for tomorrow but it’s mostly mainly things that take 10-30 minutes.

A good sleep would be amazing. It’s raining here so that’ll be nice to go to sleep too. I was going to wash my towels and put them in the dryer but that may hinder the sound of the rain.
