I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Totally!!!! It’s green and matches my house! @MissGremlin I told mum it had to match my kitchen but it’s damn near perfect with my tiles! I love it!

They've just left and now I’m home alone! I’m thinking it might be close to time for bed.

I hope so. I need a rest day after today! But I have work tomorrow night so at least I get an afternoon sleep tomorrow! @MissGremlin

@Captain24 i bet you need a rest after today, it's been a big day. Glad you've got work tomorrow night so can sleep in the afternoon.

I've been sitting here with my diamond art in front of me but I'm dissociating so haven't been able to do alot (I'm safe).

A huge day of peopling! I’ve done really well with it though. So I’m a little proud of myself. But just exhausted!

Morning @Captain24 sweet, it was a really rough night for me and things are feeling dark and heavy this morning. I'm safe and I'm going to do my dishes then lay on the lounge.

I’m sorry it was a hard night and things aren’t good right now. @MissGremlin

I haven’t stopped since 7:30. I still have a few things to do. I was hoping to do some diamond art as I really want to but I’m just not going to have time. Pix is looking really good and I want to keep going. But I still have to clean the kitchen and iron my work clothes. Wait until the pasta bake is finished and put my dinners in containers! Go to the chemist so I can finish sorting my meds. Eat, drop the dogs off then come back have a shower and go to bed! In exhausted just thinking about all that plus everything else I have already done, which is a lot! Mentally I don’t have time to think so that’s good.
