I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 Casper was very excited and he was sniffing me cos I'd been around another dog. It wasn't even a full break, they were still there just quieter.

My thoughts are all still there just not always at the forefront. @MissGremlin

I’ve just woken up and I’m really tired! Now for more socialising! And they are coming around here after so hopefully they head home pretty quick!

My day has not gone as I planned it at all! But so far so good. I’m going to sit and watch the Kylie documentary on Thursday hopefully. That’s her birthday instead of mine!

@Captain24 i hear you sweet. But it's good that they aren't always at the forefront.

I'm hoping the socialising goes ok and that they don't stay too long so you can get some rest after.

At least it's goes good even if it hasn't gone to plan. Watching the Kylie documentary on Thursday sounds like a good idea.

Just got home from dinner @tyme @MissGremlin. Mum and dad will be around here soon. Hopefully they just stay until the dogs are fed!

Yes @tyme. It is the friend that turns everything back onto herself. But having moved into town and away from her toxic sister and step father her life should be better.

Im so tired!!! Just an hour more of peopling than I'm done!

I have enjoyed today so far though and I used the word enjoy because I mean it. It has been a really good day. Joy isn’t something I am used to feeling but am slowly starting to in the fact that somethings I actually like doing now.
