I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I’ve finished that section of diamond art. I’ve had a shower and now I’m waiting at the pub for my friend to arrive. I’m feeling really really anxious!

Ive just gotten home from lunch. I had to go around to my besties house for her son to play happy birthday on the saxophone! I love him!! We totally get each other! Now that my bestie is living in town it’ll be easier to catch up with her. I had a really good time and actually miss her more than I realised! @MissGremlin

@Captain24 awww that sounds really special. I'm so glad you had a good time sweet, you truly deserve it.

I got home a while ago and then had to go straight to the shops. It's been really hard here, I'm straight back to the dark and heavy thoughts. I'm safe and sitting down for a few minutes before I feed Casper.

Nah, social prescribing isn’t really goof @tyme. I’ve been asleep since I got home and my alarm has just gone off to wake me up for dinner! It took a real lot out of me. But it was good.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. I’m off to the pub at 6:30 for another pub feed! Then come here for cake and presents.

How was Casper when you got home? At least you had a break from those thoughts. I know it disappointing but it was at least a little reprieve. @MissGremlin
