I can’t cope

I won't get a chance to do it when I get home. From the time I get back until bedtime I don't get to sit and relax.

@Captain24 that happens to me when I try to get pics of them sometimes. They are so sensitive to lighting 😂.

You do things, you work and you look after your dogs plus maintain a house. My job is technically full time though not classed as actual work if that makes sense 😂.

I'm sitting and waiting at the moment, then after here i have to head to the shops for things before I can head home.

I do do stuff, I guess I’m allowed all the down time. Work is really hard and exhausting. Easy work but a lot of concentration and hours and only 10 hours at home between shifts. My house is really clean and the dogs are fed and usually bathed. So I guess if you think about it it is a bit. @MissGremlin

I am so so tired @MissGremlin. I can barely keep my eyes open. The numbers are all blending in together. Im starving hungry but have to wait to eat as I don’t want my night meds to kick in before I feed the dogs.

Im struggling with keeping the thoughts at bay but I’m trying.

Dinner tonight is butter chicken which I'm cooking now. I haven't really stopped so whilst those urges are strong by keeping busy I'm not acting on them (I'm safe).

That’s good that keeping busy is working and that you are actually able to keep yourself busy. @MissGremlin. I’m really struggling with trying to keep doing diamond art. But if I stop I don’t know what to do. I have tv I can watch but that allows for doom scrolling. Maybe if I do a couple more colours it’ll be closer to time to eat and then go from there.

Are you having dinner and then going into your bed time routine?

@Captain24 i think trying a couple more colours and then doing dinner and taking things from there is a good idea.

It will be pretty much how it goes i think. But when I stop that's when things will get tricky but we'll see how it goes.

I just did one colour and there was only one dot! Then I did the next colour and there was 3. That’s how bad these rocks are!
