Something’s not right

I can’t cope

I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It’s ok that you disappeared. I figured you would @MissGremlin

I know that storage stuff. I’m a bit sentimental and like to keep things. Plus there is stuff that I really don’t need or want that I keep as well. I have been doing better in this house though. I get going through it all. So much past life stuff. So much that comes up. I get how hard it can be.

I must say that I do feel better being less cluttered. I don’t have all that stuff on my mind. It’s all clear and sorted. It feels clearer in my head.

Im sorry. I’m just not ok at the moment.

@Captain24 yes i get the same with being sentimental. I want things to be clear, I'm over the clutter but getting to that point is really hard.

I'm here for you sweet, i can understand not feeling ok. Sending you love and hugs ❤️.

Re: I can’t cope

It is really hard. It took me months to go through it all and sort it all out. I started slowly and then the deadline for my home being finished came up and that pushed me. It was so hard and overwhelming but I had a reason and that was that I didn’t want clutter in my brand new home. That’s what made me finally sort it all out. @MissGremlin

Im scared and my anxiety is really high.

Oh no @Captain24 ! That's horrendous!

Do you have cameras? Can you check? Common.... surely. Why would someone take a work jumper? Was it some kid mucking around?

So frustrating. I wonder if you take a drive down the street, whether someone has just thrown it out there.

No wonder you don't feel safe in your house. And the dogs didn't bark?

@MissGremlin , I'm been really busy on my end (when is it not?), but I'm feeling really good. Maybe because I get to see everyone here on the forums? lol Truly.

Re: I can’t cope

@Captain24 see i try to focus on the fact that if I have to move from here, that I don't want to take all this sh!t with me and have a new place cluttered. But it's still so hard with the way my mental health is.

I can completely understand why. I'm surprised the dogs didn't hear anything and the it happened in broad daylight too. It's really scary and will take time to be able to feel safe again.

Re: I can’t cope

Unfortunately I don’t have cameras @tyme. It’s no where around as someone would have posted it on our Facebook group. Why you would take it I don’t know. It has my company name on it and my nickname.

I don’t think it was kids as they haven’t been hanging around.

The dogs never heard a thing. If they had have the would have run barking and then started screaming because someone was in the yard. I would have known instantly that something was wrong.

I just ordered take away for dinner and was shaking when I left the house to pick it up. I was scared someone was watching. I’m terrified.

It’s the last thing I need, to feel physically unsafe as well. Struggling enough as it is. My psych questioned if I needed an admission but knew it was too hard with the dogs.

How’s things for you?
