I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 cheese on pasta is so good. My teeth are getting worse but my eye is feeling better.

@Captain24 last time I took antibiotics i had to stop them as they upset my tummy too much and my anxiety went through the roof cos I have emetophobia.

I'm going well, got some stuff done round the house today and just been watching my kitties be loafs hehe

You can tell how cold it is by how much of a ball they've rolled into 😋

Emetophobia is an intense, irrational fear of vomiting, seeing others vomit, or feeling nauseous, often leading to severe anxiety and avoidance behaviors.

They are. They were just both sitting on me while I was watching tv until the alarm went off for their dinner. @Jynx

She cheers every time I do something good and she is proud. It makes me try harder knowing the reaction I get because I’ve never gotten it.

Im glad all is well and you got stuff done. I know how hard that can be for you.

It is getting cold. I had frost on my windscreen when I finished work on Sunday morning!

I’m sorry we can’t catch up more but it’s not really safe for me to stay up and I need to go to bed. I’m really sorry, I wish I could hang around but it’s just not the best option. Hopefully tomorrow night is a better one.

That sounds really horrible. @MissGremlin. If I see someone vomiting I usually feel really nauseous or vomit but it’s not a fear. Feeling nauseous is a common thing though so that must be really hard.

It’s not safe for me to stay up so I’m going to go to bed. I’m really sorry. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day for both of us.
