I can’t cope

@Captain24 it's usually only common when I go from sitting to standing to quickly or standing for too long. So this is very unusual for me, just hoping my doctor takes it seriously.

Hopefully they do @MissGremlin. It’s hard when you get dismissed and you know there’s something wrong. I’m lucky with my GP he is pretty thorough on the medical side of things.

It’s good to want to be around them again. It was so hard when I didn’t feel anything for them.

@Captain24 yes i don't like when he's dismissive of how I'm feeling and what's happening. But I'm hoping tomorrow he won't be cos I'm worried about what's going on. It's great that your GP is thorough with the medical side of things.

I bet it feels good, that disconnected feeling from something we know we have so much love for is scary and hard.

Never fear of asking me the wrong things. I don’t get upset and I rarely get triggered. Iv always been open with my support team so I’m comfortable with it.

If you’re going to the shops then maybe I should stop doing diamond art and go as well.

It comes down to years of trauma especially at school for getting told i was stupid for asking questions. I usually just stick to basics, like asking things you like, having pets etc.

No question is stupid. Maybe asking some things even little ones will give you a little more confidence. @MissGremlin. I was always very closed off but I’ve discovered that unless I’m open and honest no one can help me.

Im home now. They didn’t have any dog food so I’ll just have to use what’s in the freezer until Friday. I did remember my scripts though so that’s a bonus. My psych wanted me to leave the house everyday and so far I have. Tomorrow I have to go grocery shopping so that’ll mean I’ll leave the house everyday of my break.

@Captain24 i had to jump-start my car so I could go to the shops 😂.
