I can’t cope

@Captain24 i can imagine it would be but it's good that you have alarms set for when you need to take them. Haha yes those adhd meds can be addictive but those with adhd are great at forgetting to take them 😂. My brain is great at forgetting many things even while I'm mid doing something 😂.

Fluffier pets are good snuggle buddies. If i let her roam around the house I'd lose her 😂. She just gets held for a while and then put back away, occasionally I let her in the grass outside but have to keep a very close eye on her as they can move fast.

How is Casper with her? Does she like being outside? @MissGremlin

@Captain24 Casper is inquisitive of her and sniffs her 😂. She does like being outside especially if there's a bit of sun on her.

Haha the distraction is good, better than fixating on the negative thoughts ☺️.

I'm just going to do these few jobs that I have so I might be slow at replying but I'm still around and will stop and pause while I'm doing things, really need to take it easy today.

@Captain24 i mean if you count making beds as not taxing 😂. I've done one now I'm sitting on the floor trying to not black out again and feeling nauseous (I'm safe). Glad I have a doctors appointment tomorrow!

I haven't been to the shops since Thursday so I probably should but we'll see.

I don’t feel like going either but I need to feed my dogs! 😜 They won’t be happy if I don’t go. Plus they get a toothbrush treat when I go out.

Definitely gotta make sure the dogs have got food 😂. Casper gets a treat when i go out aswell, usually a frozen yoghurt thing with blackberries, strawberries and raspberries.

Maybe you do need to go to the shops this afternoon. We can go together. Something to eat may help with the blackouts. I feel like I’m going to pass out when my ED is really bad. @MissGremlin

Pixie sat by the fridge from 7:10 last night waiting for her dinner, she kept barking at me. She eventually gave up until her alarm went off for dinner. If I don’t feed her she’ll eat my arm!

@Captain24 yes i know i do need to go to the shops, it just feels like too much at the moment. The passing out feeling is horrible, I've had it all my life but not to this degree.

Haha silly Pixie, Casper gets the same when it's close to dinner time, he will sit and stare at me and bark in excitement the second I go towards his food 😂

So it’s a pretty common thing then @MissGremlin. That and your headaches need to be checked out. Hopefully he can sort you out.

Pix is always hungry. She loves her food. Jett just goes with the flow. He is just a chill little buddy. I’m starting to feel love and connection with them again.
