I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Hey @tyme

I have to have a chest x-ray every 3 years to check for black lung and silicosis. Keeps it monitored incase there is any changes and get it early.

Things are feeling really really bad but I won’t burden anyone with my stuff. I’ve got it easy considering what others are going through. So I won’t say anything, as much as I need to.

How are things sitting for you today?

@MissGremlin , what's happening for you? Do you have anything planned for the weekend?

I'm okay. Just like you said, people have it worse off so I can't complain.

I’m still in it @tyme. It’s definitely bipolar related. This could take a while to get through. Previously it has gone on for several months. But I’m also about to have the same surgery that trigger it all.

I meant for me. Please share if you need to. I’m here to listen to all. Please don’t think I’m dismissing you. I’ve been thinking of you.
