I can’t cope

@Jynx I've shared it here already earlier today 😂. But that's completely ok and I understand ☺️.

Not sure it's possible for sleep to be harder 😂. Just gotta focus on one day and one thing at a time, actually glad to have doctors appointment on Tuesday then counsellor appointment on Thursday. It will hopefully help to talk things through whilst going through it all. Thankyou sweet, just hoping to at least get a bit of rest ❤️.

@Captain24 totally understand that. Like the other day when I was at my local shops and one of the workers asked if I'd like a hug, I wasn't in a touchy mood so said no thankyou, she was understanding and just said if you ever need one I'm happy to give you one. It's nice when people respect boundaries like that rather than just putting you in an uncomfortable situation.

@Jynx I've shared it a few times recently and I can't remember where. Its a large concert so I wasn't worried about sharing it but also understand the guidelines, it's just I've mentioned concerts many times before and never been told about it. But I'll try to remember for future now.

How did last night go for you @MissGremlin

Morning @Captain24 sweet, last night was really bad trying to get to sleep. Between the panic attacks and then a flashback it was tough. But once I fell asleep I actually slept through for 6 hours out of sheer exhaustion. I'm still feeling so tired today though, one decent nights sleep doesn't magically fix all the lack of sleep unfortunately.
