I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Eastern Rosella's are beautiful @Captain24. I do agree it raises some challenges re bird sitting though. I don't know too many people that would tolerate my bird's demands the way I do lol.

I think you might feel a little better if you had a bit of an outing (and Pix will love it as you say). Even if it's only for a little while - it's good to get out of the house and have a change of scene

The village is 20 mins away so Pix won’t get car sick. @FloatingFeather I just have to hope there isn’t any tourists. I might just go for lunch and hope that it helps.

It’s ridiculously hard @tyme. There isn’t any reason for it which makes it worse. I really can’t get much lower. I can’t put on here how I’m really feeling.
