I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I totally agree @Captain24. Even on those crappy days my pugs always manage to make me smile. I currently also have a cockatiel that is extremely bossy and constantly wants to come out of his cage for pats.

Lunch with Pix sounds like a nice idea - I think that would be a nice treat for both of you.

I’d love to have an eastern rosella @FloatingFeather but it’s to hard when you go away!

Pix loves when we go out. She loves getting in the pram when we go into shops. Maybe if I give her some joy I might feel a little

Oh really, you can sew @Captain24 ! I tried sooooo many times to give sewing a go but can't get the hang of it. I probably should try again now I'm older. My mum is an amazing seamstress. She used to make me so many cool clothes when I was little and stuff for herself too. People would ask her where she bought it and it was always stuff she'd made herself. She couldn't draw though. We could have teamed up to do fashion but I don't know if I could have coped with that sort of cutthroat industry!

Yeah I can. Im not overly great @hanami

My dance teacher used to draw a picture of her idea for a costume and then I’d have to design the pattern and make it. Then I had to make all the different sizes for the class. There was a lot of different designs come concert time!

Oh dear @Captain24 I took my glasses off for a minute and read your post as 'I'd love to have eaten rosella' - OOOPS!

I love that Pixie has a pram. I want to get one for my bulldog. She's a little ahem overweight to do much walking these days. I'd need a super heavy duty pram though lol
