I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I can’t even talk. Just sitting in the car crying. @MissGremlin. I want to do something but I can’t say. I’m safe at the moment

@Captain24 take a breath sweetheart. We are going to get through this moment together. Can you do something on your safety plan sweet? Maybe get a cold drink from a shop?

I’m just going to drive home. I’ve had a cold drink. There’s a maccas about 2 hours away so I’ll drive through there as well. @MissGremlin.

It’s not going to be an easy drive. I don’t want to go home. I don’t want to do anything.

@Captain24 ok sweet. Let's break this down into some smaller steps. I'm glad you've had a cold drink and going through the maccas on the way back sounds like a good idea.

I know going home feels like alot right now but remember home is where you'll have your babies back with you and they are a protective factor for you here.

I'm going to be here with you whenever you need to check in, ok?

Take the drive slowly and pause when you need to, you've got this sweet ❤️
