Something’s not right

I can’t cope

I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Hello @Captain24 sweet, i hope it was a nice time at the beach. Sorry for the delayed reply, I've only just found the energy to hop on and reply to some posts.

Hey @MissGremlin.

It was really good. I was down there for 3 hours and spent 2 1/2 in the water. There was some proper waves today to dive under and then the undulating waves to float over. I did go out pretty far though.

It’s ok to not respond. Especially if you don’t have the capacity too. I totally understand and am not offended. I’m actually glad you are putting yourself first. That’s what you need to do at this time.

Don’t take that the wrong way of me not wanting you but me accepting that right now it’s hard for you to respond.

I’ve already upset someone on here for taking things the wrong way. I don’t want to upset you thinking of said something wrong or that you may take it the wrong way.

@Captain24 that sounds perfect sweet, I'm glad it was good ☺️.

Thankyou for understanding sweetheart and i definitely didn't take it the wrong way. Sometimes it's just hard to communicate when there's so much going on and i feel overwhelmed.

I'm about to start my bedtime routine so I'll talk to you in a bit if you are still around and want to chat ☺️.

Hello @tyme, things are rough for me at the moment, just trying to keep pushing through.

How are you going?

Sorry to hear that's it's been rough. I hope Stich and Casper provide you with some comfort @MissGremlin

It was so nice to read back on the posts here.

@Captain24 , the photos you postes were incredible! I love the colour of those rocks. Are you home yet?

Thankyou @tyme. I'm sitting on my bed doing some of my Lego set.

Hey @tyme

We go home tomorrow. It’s kind of bittersweet. I’m glad to be going but I’m sad to leave the beach!

How are you?

Re: I can’t cope

Aww @Captain24 I can see you've had a really rough time after a sleepless night. I'm sorry that what happened with your brother has been so impactful. Sometimes those closest to us can get under our skin the most (not saying you're close in an emotional way, but in terms of having a lengthy shared history).

Aww your pups must have been completely spent from all their frolicking!! Hate the cleanup side of things tho, I really feel you. Trixie has been throwing up from eating too fast lately, and she insists on doing so on the carpet only 😑

You said you had 'two moments' today - do you mean good moments? What were they? 😊

I am glad you decided to get some stuff off your chest instead of keeping it bottled up. And you got out into the ocean for one last swim, yippee!! So glad to hear it was a lovely time. Hope you got to leave some of your heavy feelings in the water 😋

You home now?

Re: I can’t cope

I'm sure it's bittersweet! It sounds like it was a really refreshing trip even if there were some grrrrr moments.

Connecting with nature, water and the beach can be so so refreshing and uplifting.

Here, it's the first proper proper rain we've had in a long time. Just being able to listen to the pitter patter of the rain is so therapeutic, let alone having the beach at your doorstep! @Captain24

I have been looking at a beach front holiday home.... but I don't think I could keep up with the maintenance...
