I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Nothing has happened @tyme

I started to feel low Monday afternoon and I feel like I’m near rock bottom. I can’t write how I’m really feeling.

It’s hard. @tyme I don’t really want to talk to strangers. I need someone that knows me. Someone that can help me understand what’s happening

My nurse is on holidays for 2 weeks @tyme. I feel really alone with this.

I’ve taken my meds and I’m going to bed before I do something I shouldn’t @tyme.

Thanks for sharing that. I guess I need to learn to fly. If I skip one of my meds I will fly! That thought has crossed my mind.
