I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

that's a great idea @Captain24 - I might start just dot-pointing things and hopefully it can grow from there.

And Diamond art, Pixie time and mowing the lawn sounds like a great day!

I'm working for most of the day today. But really looking forward a quiet night I think! I might call my bestie who lives in Darwin later today. Pretty chill!

hahaha great minds think alike! @Former-Member I’ve just called my bestie in Melbourne. Me and my mood gave her some great insight into her relationship! I haven’t met her girlfriend but I think she has been really good for her.

Oh things have been fantastic @tyme! Apparently a little to fantastic. My nurse seen me yesterday and now I have to see the psychiatrist tomorrow! Lol

Im over my Covid thank god. Just still a little tired. I haven’t been learning the steps I’ve been getting stuck into my diamond art.

How have you been? Hoping you have been enjoying things. You deserve it.
