Do you feel sleepy enough to start winding down for the evening?

Hi @tyme.

Im exhausted but not sleepy. I just waiting for my washing to finish and I think I’ll go to bed early and try and get some sleep.

What did you get up to today?

Believe it or not, I slept for yonks today and it still feels like it isn't enough @Captain24 !

Then I went to see my sister's kids.

It was pretty pleasant.

I saw that both you and @Birdofparadise8 are keen dancers! That's so cool!

Yeah sometimes with sleep when you have too much can’t it make you more tired. How were your sister kids. Yeah ballet is so good. @tyme

Maybe it’s your bodies way of telling you it needs a rest @tyme

Is that the niece that you do heaps with?

My washing has finally finished so I think I might head to bed. Im not really feeling ok. Hopefully sleep will be a reset except that my alarm goes off at 4:30.

Yeah chatting to @Birdofparadise8 makes me want to get the adv found dvd out and relearn the contemporary style variation but on flat. I need a lot of restrengthing to go on pointe.

Yes @Captain24 , it's the niece I do a lot with. She's pretty annoying though. Always wants to be stuck to people, whinges a lot, has an excuse for everything....

but i still love her. She is a bit of a worry though because she is so emotionally mature, and most don't 'get' her.

I had an Aunty and uncle that I clung to as a I grew up. Even up to about 8yrs ago. But I think I was looking for the parents that I wanted. I don’t speak to them now and never will again but that’s a different story!
