I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Actually, out of curiosity, have you ever eaten an ice cream from an ice-cream van? I don't think I every have!

Actually I have @tyme a few times. It was soft serve ice cream dipped in chocolate.

Chocolate definitely does @tyme

I spent from 9-1:30 on my own with pixie just walking along the waterfront and marina. It was great.

Then I dropped Pix off and went to the beach. I spent an hr in the water. I took it all in. The floating over waves, the feel of the waves breaking as I dived under them. I felt so good. Took pixie for a walk along a different beach she swam and climbed over rocks. I had a fantastic day.

Im trying to hang into that feeling. I’m now back with my parents and it’s toxic. It’s really hard to deal with. It sucks the all the good out of you.

Yeah it sounds pretty bad down there. My friends garage is flooded but so far her house is ok. @tyme Im not sure where in Melbourne she is.

We had pretty big floods before we left. A car got washed away 3 people got out and the 4th didn’t make it. It’s the first flood fatality that we have had in about 50yrs.

We didn’t know if we could get out until 7am the morning we left.

That is sooooo scary @Captain24 . Even outside my house, there is mud from the water. So much mud everywhere. And people are calling it toxic sludge....

I'm glad you are enjoying the beach.
