I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Hi welcome to the forum. It's good to be able to say it out loud . I totally understand. I push people away too. I have PTSD and no one wants to know about it so I end up isolating myself to decrease my triggers and stay away from the judgement. It's hard isn't it.

heya @Skyehigh911, I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling isolated. It sounds like you've been doing what you can to stay safe and survive. I think that shows a lot of determination.

But it sounds like maybe you're hoping for something different. Is that right?

Im really starting to struggle

I did take Pix this morning for a walk but they had to come too. I’ve tried so hard to get out without them but they won’t leave me.

I like the way you articulate what is going on for you. I think I have a similar communication style. (Except for days like today - I can feel my mind is spaced out).
