I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Yes @hanami. I have a big weekend ahead out of my comfort zone and it’s really getting to me. I can’t unwind or relax.

I have a family thing of 30 people to go to tomorrow and I don’t think I can fake it for that long. Then a meeting on Sunday. Then go away with my parents on Monday for a week. I haven’t packed. I don’t do people at the moment. Especially my mum. I have so much resentment towards her right now. I’m anxious and depressed. I really miss my elevated moods. I wish I could go back to them. Just need some good in my

life. I really just can’t cope right now
