I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Are you able to contact your MH team? Do they have an after-hours number? Things aren't adding up. Do you think this is related to your med change?

I don’t know @tyme. I feel so angry that I could hurt someone. I am home alone so that’s ok. I don’t know what to do. It’s really scary. I feel lightheaded and shaky.

If not, I think it is important to try and reach out to your MH team tonight. From what I remember, you had another med change in the last few days?

Nothing has happened. @tyme. I have had med change though. I’ve gone off the anti-psychotics and onto an anti anxiety/anti depressant

That's the part that doesn't sit right. Nothing has happened as you said @Captain24 .

Would you consider reaching out to your team to ask? Or do you think you can sit with this through the weekend?
