Yes it is @Former-Member. I’ve got better photos. I haven’t been sleeping well for a little while but apparently one of the new meds I got today help. So I’ll wait and see. When I’m on nightshift I have to readjust the times of them.

Yes @tyme she is a yapper! But she is very sweet and not aggressive. Unless your a vet! Lol

You've just made me come to realise why I love big dogs @Captain24 !

I am quite sensitive to noise. Yappy really erks me. Hence, I've always preferred big dogs - my dogs hardly ever barked. I could count it on my fingers.

So now, I've come to know that it's not because I don't like Chihuahuas, but more the noise they make!

Hence I like your photos - because I can't hear them!

You know, even if I ever have to watch something, I have the volume right down, or off - I only use subtitles. Maybe that's why I don't watch TV. Even the news - i prefer to read it than watch it.

@Captain24 she is soooooo cute! I just roused at my dog for knocking everything over 😡. He is the size of a horse but thinks he is the size of a mouse!!

Sleep issues and shift work would be VERY hard to manage. Hope the new med change will help tonight. I have been listening to audiobooks while I sleep (and wake up in the night) because I find them an easy distraction. Do you have other tips and suggestions that have worked for you??

I’m not a fan of noise unless it’s music @tyme but I just deal with Pix. I do listen to the tv though. I hate having to read to watch the Tele.

what kind of dog do you have @Former-Member? Shift work does make things difficult but I do have a routine that works for me.
When I can distract myself I do diamond art and listen to music. Usually songs of faith when I’m really bad. I may also watch a movie.
