Trying makes it worse

Hi,

I'm EternalFlower and I've been feeling completely overwhelmed, sad, and pessimistic.

I've tried and been a responsible patient and person, reaching out to various services when I started feeling scarily anxious and suicidal, 2 years back..

My Dr is new, a young guy who regularly admits he's inexperienced, and aside from some good jokes, he actually does very little

I notice how easy it is to blame myself that I don't feel better, a total shame spiral, but I wander if my treatments just are bad....

I wanted to chat and hear anyone and hope I can use this space to help not feel so alone.

I was in the wrong but very unlucky...one minute stopped. Oh well

I am trying to unwind have a hot drink.

Quiet days are good, are u feeling good?

I'm watching 60 minutes ....

I don't think I can change cms but maybe if she continues to be absent they will allow it,

Not so nice that we met for so long today, I don't think it's helpful.

Thats good @EternalFlower I thought 60mins was on Sunday?
Not feeling real good. Worried a bit things won't fit in car. Time will tell. Plus didn't get food today so just did pantry .. erk..
Anyhoo we will see shortly if any of this was worth worrying about lol

Hi @TAB yeah that's a good point...I don't usually watch it but wanted to see the expose on the cosmetic surgery industry...was very eye opening!!

How are u and are u feeling less stressed?

Goodluck @TAB I know it's a big move! Did everything fit in Ur car?

I had a very bad case manager meeting on fri...trying to enjoy the weekend, went out for a meal and coffee this morning 🌄

Car - fit test tomorrow.. scared self off by saying people would steal stuff if saw things in there overnight

The mh team are not my friends and don't seem very keen to help, I've been wasting so much time being nice and understanding.

I agree @TAB I am planning on getting out of there or changing. It's making me feel sick and I don't need the stress
