I have seen my dr and he told me to keep telling myself its not my fault what has happened to me (personally i think this is...limited....our body cant just stop hating and feeling like a burden or bad one...but i know what he means...)

I feel sessions get meandering ...i hope he is good. Hope he can help.

No @EternalFlower I got hammered. I cant throw, I'm too big n slow, easy target, and my tomato

cannon turned the tomatoes into a fine red mist. just too powerful i guess. It works with spuds though.

But thats like using real ammo. But it was 8 of them against be. Got a few good ones in before I went

I had tomato in my hair , everywhere, even down my jocks.. big swim in the river and I'm good as new. that is , till the bruises start coming up tomorrow. That river is getting mighty cold too.

So you will have to keep letting them know about your meds mix ups so your plan factors that in I guess

Do you have a coordinator... may I ask.. I guess you don't need me to tell you about how important

timing is with that. I really hope they can get some additional social activity going for you. But some

one coming to be with you once a day would sure make feel better about your situation.

Hi @Oaktree Quite a feast! You are cooking up a storm.

I have been connected to peer support at thr hospital...its nice, they pick me up from home and take me out....once a week only @tonys not daily but i got my chores done, we went to the post office, the supermarket and i bought some emu oil for my sh scars.

The part that I like in your letter is the "we" . that means you had company. Emu oil hey. I've heard its magic. Nurses use oil high in vitamin E too I believe too for healing scars. I'm not that good at household chores either, but take me out shopping any day of the week. Hope you have planed some company or an indulgence for the weekend. I know you love you M n N's I'm going through a liquorice

chocolate bullet phase, Just have to make sure we have a bit of fruit and some veg each day.

Not for nutrition you understand. It just eases the guilt.

Its a good call to do something deliberately self caring for sh scars.

I am not doing too bad. In music heaven actually. Still got a plumbing and car saga, but in the meantime doing a lot of playing piano, recorder and singing, plus exercise and yoga. This is the plan for the year, and it seems to be working. My son is in his nightowl phase. I barely see him, it seems to be regularly occur, but he gives me regular hugs and I reassure him regularly I am doing alright, and I leave food and snacks ... he does the odd job.

Not @Oaktree Magnificent Meals ... a bit more ordinary!

@tonys Always great to hear from you. Wow tomatoes ... sometimes I am not sure when to take you literally ... ha ha ... your not the only one who is a bit on the spectrum... but guessing there were fat squishy red round balls in play.... what a day!

hey eternal @EternalFlower how did the sun rise and set for you today. I hope you had a visitor

and cracked the M n M's Its munchies weather . Even getting a bit fresh up here. I'm barrowing

mulch around the place and tents campervans and caravans are slowly packing up as the seasons

curtains draw. I hate farewells. I have a young couple staying on this winter, so at least I wont

be on my own, and my bookkeeper looks like she has fully moved in too. Snow peas is all thats left to pick in winter, then the shadows grow long and the valley falls silent. That gives me time to do the one thing I really don't care much for. . . . . Remembering. . . . . but, Thats life.

Hi @tonys the tomato throwing sounds like a lot...so many people! And the spraying red mist, i hope u got it all out and are tomato free! A little secret about me is that ive never eaten a tomato...i dislike the texture ...so that would not be fun for me!

Icy as anything here. No visitors over the weekend but i do like having more visitors lately, a lot of appointments, physio and dermatologist to look at sh scars....feels good to have that.

Your guests...so nice...are you having a good time...with the couple...are they nice to talk to? Good folk attract beautiful souls and i see u are one.
