Good to hear from you. How are you travelling at the moment? Losing someone dear to us is terribly painful at any time, when it's "celebratory" times like Xmas etc it can make the loss doubly painful. Take care of you please.

Something positive?
I've picked up a 'Word Search' Puzzle Book
And only circle a few words a day
Hope it helps me
For something to engage the mind in
I hope it's a good start
Which it is
I long to experience some relief from symptoms
Just day by day at the moment

I like the sounds of the word search book, and just doing a few words a day is a good way to make it last longer too.
I hope that you find some relief from your symptoms also
I somehow missed your previous posts, sometimes i think i miss days here and there,
