i did in 2014 when i heard about 'the drug cartels' from South America

you can make a conscious decision to get your act together

in your own way

and in your own time

if your ready

tens of thousands of people in South American countries have gone missing in the last few decades

that was enough of a reason for me to get my act together

this morning i had insight that the previous post may have been inappropriate

sometimes it's hard for me to hold a normal conversation

i've been getting my act together anyway

the 'dove' is a symbol for 'peace'

but i suppose it starts with a transformation from one's inner person

i hope one day my life gets better
