I am seriously thinking of going off my medications again. They are poisoning me. I am physically so unwell. @Eden1919 I know you struggle with this.... how are you going atm? meds for bipolar and my heart failure are more than awful.... appreciate ass much input as possible. Love peax ps:families of those with a mental illness please understand how awful these medications can be.

Well, I know with my schizoaffective that the meds saved my life...
But yeah, years later, do I want to stop them? Hell yeah. And if I had problems like you are having, I might well just give getting off them a go.

@StuF would you? I am scared StuF. I was really out of control when I was sick with my mi but now feel I can do this. I am in a different place now. Do you feel any sickness from the meds you are on?

I would if I was getting so sick...but (and this is the bit that sucks for you) I would Only do it in hospital over a fairly lengthy period (like when I was put on them). Is it just a flat no-go from your team? 😞
I don't get sickness, but I'm over the monthly blood tests etc
Ohhh, it's tough for you! As I'm sure you're aware, probably part of the reason you're in a "different place now" Is the meds...
BUT, you gotta have quality of life too

@-JJ- thanks -JJ-. Iam on purple mood stabilizers amongst other meds which give me hand tremors. I would love to get rid of those ..... they make my life a misery.

@StuF OMG! you are on the meds that my psych tried on me last year in hospital that is when I ended up hallucinating with heart failure, sepsis and a uti infection! That was one hell of ride.
