Wow @Eve7 ! How impressive! I don't think I would've been able to even pass the starting line in a triathalon! Way to go!
I'm sure your body is telling you it's okay to rest?

EDIT
Hi @Eve7 is that first one you have done?
I was never much good at running when younger and could barely swim after early 20s, pretty much forgot how to lol
In fit of madness got self fit mid 20s Always remember just accelerating away from mate on bike up long slope . Could barely see him in the end. Was so much hard work in that.. but I enjoyed all of it.
Then just stopped lol

I've only done them before as part of a team so it was the first full triathlon where I did all 3 legs myself @TAB It was on my bucket list so I'm pretty chuffed with myself. I'll probably do the same event next year as I really enjoyed it @TAB
I am pretty fit as I run every week but the swim nearly finished me off lol. The bike was quite ok with just one hill that we did twice and I got a medal as "every child wins a prize these days!"

@TAB @Bunniekins @Eve7 @tyme @oceangirl I have just found this thread and it makes me feel so positive to see so many of you trying to improve your fitness and wellbeing! I have struggled at times in my life to manage my weight and fitness, but now find physical exercise to be such an important part of my routine. I lost weight in 2015 and although a small amount has crept back on, the majority of the weight has stayed off and I feel so much better for it both mentally and physically! Consistency is key. Don’t beat yourself up if you have a bad day and eat a little more than you wanted or didn’t exercise! It doesn’t mean you can’t keep going the next day. Life is a journey.
