You're right Kurra, I forgot the golden rule .. its always the patients fault! You know no details except that short description of part of the session and already you are defending an incompetant professional.

Not at all @Alone! If you're given a task to do with no information on what the task is, how can you complete that task. Anyone would be stuck in the same position.
