Fortunately, at present, I dont have those types of people, for lack of a more accurate word, in my life.

It is really sad when there are people in our lives who try and get ahead in that way. If you don't have these type of people in your life, are you concerned about others who do?

I totally get that - my mum has done that her whole life towards me, my siblings and even my dad.

Reminds me of when I was kicked out of rehab about four years ago @Former-Member for anger issues. Obviously the staff there were not professionals else they would have known how to competently and effectively deal with a dual diagnosis client displaying post accute withdrawal symdrome. The price we pay hey!

Anger is a tricky one ... go to a footie match and let it loose there ... Or scream into the next storm that comes by. Just gotta be careful around people.
I never went to rehab but did help a bali beach boy come off drugs.
its terrible the stuff we do to ourselves.
