my brother sexually abusing me

I know about nightmares - I had two of them while on the drip to change medication
I didn't want to go back to sleep but dreams are bad memories mostly and the memory of painful events in past - I think memories are worse than theevent

I get it that you have nightmares - now and again I will have a bod dream about my mother - but she's beyond the grave and I never see her - but take heart - I have had wonderful dreams about my father and actually see him. I believe that these dreams about those we love are beautiful
