our eyes reached each other's

I hate her for what she's done

the look in her eyes

@BlueBay I have never forgiven my father for being an abusive alcoholic. He is dead now 22 years and ocassionally I have dreams/nightmares of him. Dark dreams. I will sit with you tonight, Holding your hand. Love peaxxx

My absence hasn't been anything with you - I've had a second pain crisis and I'm in hospital atm. I have been reading what you've written and I understand - your mother is what she is - whatever that means - she can't help herself ans she will regret it - it's no reflection on you

My mother drained me physically, financially and emotionally and socially. Not all mums are equal.

Just checking in to see how you're travelling today, it sounds like you've had a really hard couple of nights. For me, thoughts generally have a way of flooding back in at night, and it then compounds the next day because lack of sleep makes things harder to deal with. I hope you've been able to put some self care in place today.
