Hi, it's me, FridaKahlo.
I changed my username. I haven't been on here for a few days. I had a technical problem with resetting my password but it looks like it's worked now.
I changed my username because I never liked it. I only chose it because I couldn't think of anything else.

I fed my Pug.
I cleaned his nose roll.
I had a toasted cheese sandwich with wholemeal rye bread and an apple for dinner.
I had 2 glasses of water and 2 cups of tea.
I took my vitamins and antidepressants.
I put a treatment in my hair.
I had a shower.
I cleaned my teeth.
I'm starting to feel better.
I'm going to listen to one of Ediya's meditation videos now. Her voice is so soothing. I particularly like this one:

I did two meditations and then I did an affirmation in the mirror for 5 minutes. "I love and accept myself exactly as I am". It was very hard but I did it. This is the other meditation I listened to:

I'm very grateful for my therapist who called me just now to check on my wellbeing. That was nice of her.
