I changed my username. I haven't been on here for a few days. I had a technical problem with resetting my password but it looks like it's worked now.
I changed my username because I never liked it. I only chose it because I couldn't think of anything else.

My depression is super bad and I can't get out of bed at all. I missed my appointment with the mental health team. I'm so weak and it feels like I have given up on life. I'm not having suicidal thoughts; I'm just extremely depressed.

What happened is I got triggered by something (but I don't want to talk about that here). I understand what happened and I think I will be alright now. I think my depression will ease.
I will call the mental health team in the morning.
