just a suggestion @MDT just put bin out and thought look in letterbox was a letter for me. looks like nose surgery for blood noses lol will say do in perth, will make it quicker, they only come here every 2 months

It was my pleasure - it’s so lovely to hear from you 
I can really hear how low you’re feeling. In my experience this is such a miserable place to be and I’ve lost count of the times in my life when I felt so rotten, that I didn’t even know where to put myself.
During these times, I found myself grabbing onto anything that I could think of, in a desperate attempt to find some relief from the emotions that bombarded me every waking moment.
Please know that I’m thinking of you at such a difficult time and sending you some very gentle and caring hugs

hi all
had a good start to the day but then it got quiet
not too sure if i will get my application in on time for the cert 4 in peer support work but maybe i might. Just have to wait til right before the deadline before i reply
i feel a bit tired and restless
need a coffee hit i think, but maybe had too much sugar at lunch
started my analysis piece which is due thursday/friday
anyone about ?
