feel sad and a failure with everything
trying most of today to implement better thought patterns.... been hard
I keep picturing myself being a failure or a nuisance to others in life and that i will just wither away and be stuck at home for life

i am doing a specific list of everything that needs doing, making it detailed
this way it's all in one place and i wont panic as much

HAve made schedule for tomorrow. Tues and Wed will be busier with work allegedly. Review and feedback process
Have assignment (lite) for uni due sunday and then also writing 600 words for a writing mob I write with
Just gonna prioritise writing as that's interesting to me.
