I feel like my thoughts are out of control they are around SH, am safe but am struggling with the thoughts I have been so stressed the thoughts are just coming back. I don't want to have my addiction to SH again. I want to stay clean.

Thats ok @Fluttershy1 sometimes it is hard to find the energy.
How about watching some tv or a movie. Keeps you occupied but can rest at the same time.

Can you do something nice for yourself. I just had a nice warm bath which helped a little.

I can understand that sometimes our minds can be very powerful when they tell us we aren't though, and those feelings are hard to push past. I hope it helps a little to hear it from me as well as Snowie.
