I feel like my thoughts are out of control they are around SH, am safe but am struggling with the thoughts I have been so stressed the thoughts are just coming back. I don't want to have my addiction to SH again. I want to stay clean.

@BPDSurvivor @Jynx - do you ever sit with really unsettling emotions and then struggle to process them. I'm feeling triggered and I'm trying to process it but I can't I keep on going around in this circle again like maybe I should give up.
