Hi All,
I'm looking for buddies who have quit or want to quit smoking and have some social support. I didn't smoke for many years. Then I became unwell and started smoking again a few years ago. It's a love hate relationship. There many reasons why smoking is an engraved habit, Ive been smoking since I was a teenager. I stop and start nowadays. I know it doesn't help my anxiety as I can't breathe well anyway and my depression and nightmares are worse when I stop. So smoking is no good and stop starting neither.
Anyone out here who wants to try or quit for good with me? 👋😊

I just pictured you as a cigarette eating machine, and I laughed, BUT I'm also really glad to hear you've been back on the lung clarity wagon for a few years again 😊

yeah co worker said that I was 'eating' cigs on a job like 12 years ie they were constant and just disappearing lol .. @ Tab.. , you are charrin' up like a Demon.. was the other observation lol had a bit on my plate back then lol @Former-Member

It sounds like it @TAB. Sometimes we can only do what we can in those moments, but right on for giving them the flick, they're not the easiest thing to quit.
